The 42nd Contracting Sqaudron at Maxwell AFB, AL is seeking vendors capable of hosting the AFROTC Commander's Conference on October 31, 2010 through November 5, 2010 in Montgomery, Al. The contractor is to provide meeting space and lodging for 200 attendees including refreshments during breaks, meals, and audio visual equipment in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The hotel is required to lodge attendees for 5 nights arriving Sunday, October 31, 2010. The conference room must accommodate all attendees within 15 minutes of the Airport. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before 8/8/2010 at 11:00pm Central Standard Time (CST).
