The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, Alabama 36112 intends to award a sole source contract to the Renaissance Hotel, Montgomery, AL for the following: service contract for AFROTC Commander's Conference. Hotel is required to lodge attendees for 5 nights, arriving Sunday, 18 Oct 09. The accommodations must be within 15 minutes from the Montgomery Airport, AL. The following items are required: 

0001: Refreshments on Breaks: Coffee, Tea, Juice, Pastries, and Fruit
         19 Oct 09 - 22 Oct 09, 10:00 a.m./10:00 p.m.,
0002: Audio Visual Support for 200 attendees
All attendees are required to be located in one room with classroom seating
0003: Luncheon for 160 attendees, 3 menu options
0004: Dinner for 160 attendees, 3 menu options

This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can perform this service, please respond to this notice before 12:00 pm (CST) on 3 Sep 09. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with the Renaissance Hotel, Montgomery, AL will be pursued.
