The Air Force Reserve Command, Communications Directorate, Plans & Policy Branch intends to sole source to Unify Inc. 11921 Freedom Drive Reston, VA 20190 upon availability of funds. The contractor will provide a full range of sustainment services for the Advance Console System (ACS), including HiPath 4000 switching system.

This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source. Limited market research resulted in the identification of Unify Inc. as being the only qualified source to perform this requirement. Any firms that may have the technical capabilities to perform Level 1, 2 and 3 sustainment services for the ACS and its components must responded with a technical capabilities statement not later than 10am, Thursday, 10 Jul 2014. Firms unable to supply all 3 levels need not respond. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
