The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL. intends to award a sole source contract to the University of New Mexico for the 2010 Aerospace and Technology Honors Camp to provide meals, transportation, lodging, recreational instruction, recreational facilities, activities, and administrative support for 56 Cadets each during 5-10 Jun 10, 19-24 Jun 10, and 24-29 Jul 10. The specified location must adhere to the following criteria; it must a host Senior ROTC program on campus, the institution must be located near an active duty Air Force installation that provides Aerospace and Technology Directorates, have access to the Aerospace Industry in the local area, and be near a certified fixed base operational facility that offer each cadet ground school opportunity to fly light aircraft. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firmed-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before 1300 hrs (Central Time) on 15 April 2010.
