The United States Air Force, 763 Specialized Contracting Squadron (763 SCONS) is seeking sources for the required Tanker Airborne Long-range Communications Plus (TALC+) kits.

INTRODUCTION:

This is a Sources Sought to determine the availability and technical capability of Small and Large businesses to provide the required TALC+ kits.

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES:

The Government requires 6 each of the following Brand Name Only, "NAL Research Corp. (TALC+ kits)" products at the following location: Scott AFB, IL.  Delivery is required 90-days ARO.  If an RFQ is posted, it is anticipated that it will be a Brand-Name Only requirement for the following items:

NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE:

The anticipated NAICS for this requirement is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, with the corresponding size standard of 1,250 employees.

The 763 SCONS is interested in what vendors, if any, intend to provide as a quote if an RFQ is posted. Responses should include:

1) Company Information: Name, address, telephone number, point of contact names,

e-mail addresses, CAGE code, business size, and socioeconomic status if applicable.

2) Are you a TALC+ kit certified reseller for the items in the attached equipment list?

3) Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the product, General Services Administration (GSA), GSA MOBIS, NIH, NASA SEWP, Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle. (This information is for market research only and does not preclude any agency from responding to this notice.)

4) Does your company have the ability to provide the entire requirement directly and plan to submit a quote?

5) Please provide any questions or concerns you may have regarding the NAICS code or TALC+/GLIB write-up attached.

Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All government and contractor personnel reviewing Sources Sought responses will have signed non-disclosure agreements and understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423. The Government shall not be held liable for any damages incurred if proprietary information is not properly identified.
