THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE/SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (8[a], HUBZONE, SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.)

The Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey proposes to award a contract for a NOVO Rover 4K Digital Imaging System with connectors for cabling meet military MIL-DTL-38999 standards and are weatherproof. The NOVO Rover 4K Digital Imaging System features a military standard 20" High Resolution 4K touchpad tablet with touch screen capability and the software that has automatic stitching and compatible with XTK software which is the exclusive imaging software used by AF EOD. Per EOD technical orders: 60A-1-1-11, 60A-1-1-11-1, 60L-1-1-1, 60L-1-1-1-1, and AF Conventional CONOPS publications The proposed contractor is InnerVision Security and the product is the NOVO 22 Rover 4K System. The resultant contract will be fixed price under North American Industry Classification Code 334519, Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing.

The Government intends to solicit with one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106(b)(1), only one source reasonably available. Entities who can provide this item are invited to provide their meet this requirement via written capability statement only. All capability statements must be emailed to [email protected] no later than four calendar days after publication of this synopsis. Offerors who cannot meet the capability requirement are encouraged not to respond; however, all information received will be considered and maintained for future market research requirements.
