763 SCONS/PK, Scott AFB IL, intends to issue a sole source, firm-fixed price modification to contract HC1028-08-D-2017-RL01, extending the Global Decision Support Services (GDSS) contract for up to six months, 1 Apr 15 - 30 Sep 15. This extension will be accomplished via FAR 52-217-8 Option to Extend Services. This sole source contract modification will be issued to Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), to continue to provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, test equipment, and other items for the continued support of system/software engineering services for the GDSS application suite.

The Government intends to issue a sole source modification to one source, CSC, 3160 Fairview Park Drive, Falls Church 22042-4516, at current contract prices under the authority FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B); Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price.
