INTRODUCTION: This notice is an announcement seeking market information on businesses capable of providing the SONUS (Brand Name Only) equipment described in the attached equipment list. 763 SCONS is currently conducting market research to determine qualified and interested potential sources. The information requested by this Sources Sought will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency.

This requirement is for new equipment only; no remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

If your company has an interest in proposing on the requirements described above, please respond no later than 12:00pm on 10 July 15. Please respond via email to Kelly Hollenkamp, [email protected] and include your answers to the following questions:

1. Company name, address, point of contact (POC), telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, and CAGE code.

2. Identification of business size and whether currently designated as a Small Business as defined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 19.1, and the appropriate categories (small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a), service disabled veteran-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, woman-owned small business, HUB zone, minority-owned, etc.).

3. Demonstrate your ability to provide all Sonus equipment for EACN Voice Network (EVN) Tech Refresh described above and in the attached specification list.

4) Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the product and service, to include ENCORE II, General Service Administration (GSA), GSA MOBIS, NIH, NASA SEWP, Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle.
