The CJSOTF-A Contracting Office, Camp Vance, Afghanistan is hereby issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for Afghan Security Guard services for FB Ripley,Tarin Kowt, Afghanistan in accordance with the attached SF 1449 and Statement of Work.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number for this requirement is H92237-11-R-0606, and this solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
