The Regional Contracting Command - Afghanistan (RCC-A) is releasing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research only. RCC-A is seeking interested local Afghan contractors with the capability to perform the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Afghan Personnel and Pay System Sustainment Management (APPS) in support of the Combined Security Transition Command - Afghanistan and Afghan National Defense Security Forces. RCC-A is anticipating using 886 procedures in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 225.7799.
Vendors interested in participating in this acquisition shall submit the following:
1. Company Name and website

2. Company DUNS and CAGE Code

3. Answer the following questions:
a. Is your company currently registered in JCCS?
b. What is your JCCS ID?

4. Capability Statement. This statement shall demonstrate the vendor's successful performance of projects similar in scope and size. To demonstrate successful performance, the vendor shall provide a (1) summary of project scope (2) dollar value of project (3) project period of performance (4) Awarding Contracting Officer name, phone number, and email address. Vendors are encouraged to submit up to three similar projects either completed or currently performing. Capability statements shall be limited to 10 pages.

5. Points of contact. Please provide two points of contact including names, email addresses and phone numbers.
Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.

All responses shall be submitted in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat format. All responses shall be submitted to [email protected] no later than Thursday, July 25, 2019, at 10:00 Afghanistan local time.

This sources sought is not binding the Government to enter into any contract action.
