The Office of Naval Research (ONR) is interested in receiving proposals to revolutionize long-range anti-submarine warfare (ASW) in deep water environments. The Affordable Mobile ASW Surveillance System (AMASS) program shall design, build, demonstrate, and produce a persistent, deep water, active ASW system that can detect new emerging threat submarines at extended ranges.

4/24/2020: Amendment P00002 is hereby posted to revise dates for the Full Proposal Submission, Notification of Full Proposal Evaluation, and Award in Sections V and VI. Offerors are encouraged to review a new listing of questions and answers received after Industry Day dated April 24, 2020 and available in Beta Sam.
6/2/2020: Full proposals due date is June 15, 2020 16:00 EST as stated in Amendment P0002.
8/7/2020: The special notice has been reactivated in order to post Amendment 0003. No new proposals shall be submitted or accepted under this special notice. Amendment 0003 is only to clarify adjustments to the estimated dates for the evaulation of proposals and the contract award.
