The USMS is seeking a contractor to retrofit five SUVs with an unmarked law enforcement/police package as described in the Statement of Work. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all parts and components outlined in the Statement of Work, as well as the installation of said parts.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using simplified acquisition procedures prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USMS will award a Firm Fixed Price type contract for retrofitting services.
