This synopsis provides notice of the Government's intent to extend the ordering period for the basic IDIQ contract 3 years to ensure continuity of SOA operational support during cloud migration and ongoing development projects.  There is no change in the scope of work or the ceiling price. The scope of the IDIQ is as follows:

The Air Force (AF)/A1 Transparency Sub-Integrated Project Team (A1 Sub-IPT) was tasked with transforming Human Resource (HR) information management to better support the war fighter; therefore, IDIQ FA8734-13-D-001 was awarded. The subject action is to continue the design, development, and sustainment of data and infrastructure Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) services. AF/A1 is making Human Resource (HR) data reliable, available and discoverable.
