The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This announcement is being published for informational purposes only. The proposed source is Comex Systems Inc. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Air Force. The Government will consider any responses received within 5 days of this posting. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
