The Air Force Distributed Common Ground System is a worldwide, network centric system that employs a concept of data distribution, information sharing, and collaborative work centers.  The current ATM network successfully transports serial sensor bitstreams, non-serial imaging sensor bitstreams (both stills and full motion video), and imagery (full and motion), voice, avionics bitstreams, and data. Processed products are commonly sent over IP networks to consumers.  The purpose of this market research is to support a future acquisition to sustain the AF DCGS network. This network consists of equipment manufactured by Ericsson/Marconi that has been end of sale since 2009. This sources sought is seeking vendors who may be able to supply replacement parts for this equipment. Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, or used with preference in that order.
