In summary, the Scope of Work for the Aetna Willis Shaft - Feature 2 project shall consist of mobilization of the contractor’s workforce and equipment, construction site preparation to include clearing and grubbing of vegetation and tree removal, construction site layout and surveying, installation of a project sign, installation of erosion and sediment controls, upgrade and/or construction of access roads, capping and permanent closure of a vertical mine shaft opening with concrete/grouted riprap stone, adherence to quality control measures and reporting methods, installation of mine location markers, excavation and regrading, revegetation and clean up and repair of damage to the project site.
