U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a sole source contract to Boeing Digital Solutions, Inc. (formerly Jeppesen Sanderson, Inc) to provide Aeronautical Flight Charts for Electronic Flight Bags. Boeing Digital Solutions, Inc. offers a comprehensive and total coverage for areas within and outside of the United States.

These charts must provide worldwide coverage of enroute and terminal charts for inclusion on an Electronic Flight Bag, including airfields that are not currently supported by Defense Logistics Agency Flight Information Publications (FLIP’s). These flight charts will be distributed throughout all of Air and Marine Operations (AMO).

The anticipated contract period of performance will be from August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2022. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. There is no formal solicitation available for this requirement at this time.
