The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to acquire an additional 3,500 pages of Priority 3 Expert Translations. Leidos, Inc. is the only commercial vendor that currently maintains a foreign source library sufficient enough to meet the stated requirement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Leidos, Inc., 1710 SAIC Drive, McLean, VA 22102, under the authority, 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price with an estimated period of performance of 10 April 2015 through 4 September 2015. Verbal requests will not be acted upon.
