The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole source contract for Aeronautical Text Production and Source Processing for product finishing using NGA provided data for Flight Information Publications (FLIP) Texts, FLIP DVDs, Aeronautical Translations, Aeronautical Source Processing Services (ASPS), Maritime Source Processing Services (MSPS), Source Acquisition, Data Packaging for the Aerospatial/Aeronautical website and Aeronautical Analyst Training. Leidos, Inc. has been determined to be the only contractor that possesses the capabilities, including proprietary tools and processes, necessary to meet NGA's requirements without unacceptable delay to the mission.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Leidos, Inc.,
11951 Freedom Drive, Reston, VA 20190, under authority, 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The resulting contract for this effort will be an Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract for one base year and four option years.
