The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform herbicide spraying as defined in this Performance Work Statement. There are approximately 80 separate sandbar sites that are to be sprayed (see attached maps). The 80 sites are located from just below the Garrison Dam to 20 miles south of Bismarck, ND. There is a total of 102 river miles from the farthest north spray site to the farthest south site location.
