National Security Technologies, Special Technologies Laboratory, is seeking sources that can support the Nightowl software application through AccuPLUS aerial imagery with a 4" GSD (ground sampled distance) Ortho-Mosaic and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR).

Vendor must be able to provide a Real3D Platinum Model, built and textured with oblique imagery of specific areas. This comprises usage of aerial image products to produce a digital 3D model of urban features which uses the oblique imagery as building textures.

Two software licenses for standalone version of Nverse will be provided.

All products are digital processed data products and software applications and licenses which will be used, as needed, for viewing, manipulating and editing deliverables and other processed digital data products in support of ongoing DOE security programs.

Products include:
1. Real3D Model: Platinum, 4 SQ. KM Data Format: kml, shp, pl3, flt
2. AccuPlus 4" GSD Ortho-Mosaic and LiDAR
3. Software Licenses for standalone version of Nverse
