Small Business Sources Sought: This is not a request for quote or proposal. This is a Small Business Sources Sought announcement seeking only Small Business responses in order to determine Small Business participation in the acquisition. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.

The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 481212 with a size standard of 1500 employees.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) has a requirement for aerial distribution of oral rabies vaccine baits in portions of the United States and anticipates awarding an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract. A successful vendor will provide aerial dispersal services, including but not limited airplanes, pilots, ORV bait delivery machinery, and mechanics as per attached statement of work.

Responses are limited to 20 pages and should include the following:

- Narrative describing the proposed ORV disbursal equipment, other equipment and capabilities

-DUNs number and Small Business status under NAICS Code 481212, for example: 8(a), Women-Owned, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned.

-Relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back to the last three years and the company's capability to do this type of work
