The 177th Fighter Wing intends to sole source the access control upgrade IDS and AECS Advantor system in the Bldg 52 Facility to Advantor Systems Corporation, 129612 Challenger Pkwy, Suite 300 Orlando, FL 32826. Advantor is the only authorized IDS contractor for the security system at the 177th Fighter Wing.

This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (2) and FAR 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source. Advantor installed the current security system at the base and is the sole manufacturer (see attached Justification and Approval Document). All qualified sources must respond not later than Noon, EST 19 September 2017.
