Responses in any form are not offers and the government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement.  This is a request for information ONLY and any information provided is voluntary.  Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.   All interested parties must respond to the solicitation announcement separately from the response to this notice and are responsible for monitoring Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website for the posting of any solicitation or subsequent updates.

The 439th AW intends to award based on sole source for Advantor Maintenance Services for the 439th AW to Advantor Systems Corporation, 129612 Challenger Pkwy, Suite 300 Orlando, FL 32826. Advantor is the only authorized IDS contractor for the security system at the 439th Air Wing.

This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (2) and FAR 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source. Advantor installed the current security system at the base and is the sole manufacturer. 

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
