The Delaware Air National Guard, located in New Castle, DE intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION 12612 CHALLENGER PKWY STE 300 ORLANDO, FL 32826-2700. ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION will provide a technology refresh for the CCTV System which will utilize Government Furnished Stock Equipment and an integrated Advantor Video Management System, resulting in a current-generation USAF-approved Intrusion Detection and Immediate Visual Assessment System within the Delaware Air National Guard Base, 2600 Spruance Drive, New Castle DE 19720-1615

The requirement will be sole sourced to ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION in order to conform and integrate into customer owned and already installed Intrusion Detection, Access Control, and Closed Circuit Television System.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 334290 and has a size standard of 750 EMPLOYEES for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 8:00a.m. EST, September 28, 2015 to: [email protected]. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
