There have been multiple requests from interested parties to visit the Systems Program Office (SPO) and meet with the Advanced Radar Threat System Variant-3 (ARTS-V3) team members.
The ARTS-V3 team would like to extend a continual invitation to any of those interested in participating in the ARTS-V3 program that would like to visit, brief and meet with the ARTS-V3 team. This is meant as an opportunity for interested parties to see clairification as to previously shared ARTS-V3 information and to provide feedback to the ARTS-V3 team regarding the ARTS-V3 program requirements thus far and into the future. During these meetings the Government will not be exchanging new information with vendors.

Once requests are made, interested parties will work with with the SPO to determine meeting arrangements (e.g. location, time, clearance levels etc...)

Having a meeting(s) or not having a meeting(s) will not favorably or adversely affect the Governement's evaluation of any future correspondence with contractors interested in the potential ARTS-V3 program. Additionally, the Government will not provide any reimbursement for expenses or other Contractor's costs related to these meeting(s) or the information provided.
