(1) INTRODUCTION: The FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center at the Atlantic City International Airport, NJ has a requirement for Advanced Imaging Support Services.

(2) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The anticipated period of performance is five years from the date of contract award.

(3) NATURE OF COMPETITION: The acquisition strategy for this procurement is unrestricted competition.  The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541430, “Graphic Design Services" with a size standard of $7.5M.

(4) STANDARD LANGUAGE: This Solicitation is a Request for Offer (RFO), and an awarded contract may result from proposals submitted in response to this announcement.  The Government will not be liable for any costs associated with the submittal of a response to this SIR.

(5) DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this SIR are due to the Contracting Officer at the address specified in Section L.1(d)(1) of the SIR by 1PM (EST) on Tuesday, November 24, 2020.  Late proposals will not be considered.  All questions must be emailed to [email protected] by 1PM (EST) on Thursday, November 12, 2020.
