Naval Air Systems Command, Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201) intends to enter into a sole source Firm Fixed Price Contract with Raytheon Technical Services Company (RTSC) to manufacture ADU-830 Adapters. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under statutory authority 10 U. S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR 6. 302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Unless stated herein, no additional information is available. Request for the same will be disregarded. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely disregarded. GENERAL INFORMATION: Raytheon Technical Services Company (RTSC) has a unique knowledge base of the ADU-830 Adapters. Accordingly, RTSC is the only known qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements specified herein. Once NAVAIR finalizes its requirements for the subject effort, registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database will be a prerequisite for receiving an award. This documentation shall address, at a minimum, the following through prior/current corporate experience demonstrating an understanding, through similar experience of: (1) manufacturing and delivery of ADU-830 Adapters; (2) design and system engineering, design verification, first article and qualification testing; (3) planning, coordinating and conducting test, to prove system performance; (4) system integration; (5) A company profile to include the number of employees, Cage Code, DUNS number, NAICS Code and the Small Business Administration (SBA) business size classification.
