The National Institutes of Health (NIH), The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open basis with the vendor Advanced BioAdjuvants LLC., 5321 South 162nd Avenue, Omaha, NE 68135 for License Fee. Advanced BioAdjuvants LLC and NIAID (VRC) intend to execute a license that will provide NIAID with certain rights to use the Adjuplex trademark, use to operate under ABA-owned patents, use of the trade secret manufacture process to manufacture Adjuplex, and use Adjuplex for the purpose to combine with human vaccines to test in clinical trials. Period of Performance (POP) is for a 12-month Base Period and one 12-month Option Period. Anticipated Base Period - 8/1/19 to 7/31/20 and Option Period # 1 - 8/1/20 to 7/31/21. The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one source available, no substitutions possible. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES.
