This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for qualification and production to repair the ADIS for use by United States Air Force (USAF) personnel on the KC-135 aircraft. Failure to provide documentation may result in the government being unable to adequately assess your capabilities. If you lack sufficient experience in a particular area, please provide details explaining how you would overcome the lack of experience/capabilities in order to perform that portion of the requirement (i.e., teaming, subcontracting, etc.)

Airborne Digital Interphone System (ADIS)

PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION

We are conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the qualification and production requirements to repair the ADIS used on the KC-135.

The ADIS herein are used on the KC-135 only and the repair shall meet form, fit, function, and interface (F3I) requirements, military standards, and pass applicable inspection and acceptance processes according to engineering drawing application to each subassembly.

This requirement is for repair services. Our repair services strategy is a five year contract (basic plus four option years) and will continue through FY22. The projected quantities will be Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) in the basic year and per year thereafter. The NAICS: 811219.
