The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, Procurement and Grants Office (PGO) intends to award a sole source, contract, in accordance with FAR 13, using simplified acquisition procedures to TNO LOCATIE RIJSWIJK, LANGE KLEIWEG 137, 2280 AA (The Netherlands), RIJSWIJK ZH, 2288-GJ. The contract will be issued to purchase and provide training on isotopically enriched reference materials and nerve agent aducted plasmas in ampoules. The contractor will synthesize the nerve agent of interest, adduct it to the human serum, and aliquot it for daily use. They will also perform quality control using a quality analythical method. No Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. This advertisement ends in 5 days accordance with FAR 5.203 (A) (1).
