NAVAIR intends award a sole source contract to Lockheed Martin Corporation (LM) to modify up to three (3) additional KC-130J Aircraft with the Harvest HAWK system to include a Target Sight System, Operating Station, Stand-off Precision Guided Munitions and Hellfire Missiles. As the sole source designer, developer, and manufacturer of KC-130J aircraft and the Harvest HAWK system, LM is uniquely qualified to meet the United States Marine Corps 2012 deployment schedule.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
