If removed, the tree will have to be relocated. 9. Please clarify if the chart on pg.2 of the Technical Specifications is presenting kW in AC or DC. DC 10. Are any of the parking lots at the sites we visited available for canopy? No 11. Behind the Ag building, the County has a considerable amount of farmland. Would the County be willing to entertain a bid for a ground-mount system that via Remote Net Metering would satisfy their entire usage needs? This proposal would replace the need for rooftop solar at the other locations entirely, actually achieve net zero (by generating enough electric to cover current and future usage) and could provide considerable cost savings. Please provide this as option 3. We are not aware of county’s future development plans and cannot assure if this option will be viable. 12. We are also attaching additional requirements for the bidders in this addendum, to be fulfilled and submitted for consideration. Stated below.
