Addendum #1 REVISE Special conditions and specifications Opportunity Summary The work to be done under this Contract, on the Pacific Coast Highway (US101) at MP 295.91, in Curry County, OR, consists of supplying the materials, equipment, labor and incidentals required to perform the following tasks as described in the Contract plans and specifications: Provide Temporary Work Zone Traffic Control. Construct approximately 10 CUYD, Class 200 riprap pad dissipater. See RD317 Construct approximately 20 CUYD, Class 100 riprap slope protection (scoured channel). See RD317 Connect to and extend existing 18" culvert, 12 feet. Furnish and install 18" CIPP culvert liner, approximately 95 feet long. Perform additional and incidental work as called for by the contract plans and specifications and as directed.
