General Project Description The emergency fuels need assessment, completed in spring of 2020, developed a tool to estimate fuel needs for special service districts, cities, and the County. Using the tool, the successful contractor will coordinate tool overview, use, limitations, and modeling with participating agencies. The modeling will be based on a Cascadia Subduction Zone incident affecting the project area. At its completion, the project will provide tool training for local jurisdictions and emergency fuel use estimates for local partners in the preparation of onsite fuel storage and fuel allocation strategies.
