Addendum #1 - Add to Attachment C & Substitution Requests. Opportunity Summary ITB PURPOSE: The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for ARC DDC Controls Replacement located at Anderson Readiness Center 3225 State Street, Salem, Oregon 97301 for the benefit of Oregon Military Department ("OMD"). The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Replace existing Armory Automatrix ("AAM") DDC system with new Automated Logic DDC System. Which includes the furnishing and installation the new Automated Logic Controllers ("ALC"), wall sensors and ARCNet network wiring necessary to replace the existing American Automatrix "Sage" System currently in place. Furnish control system engineering (installation drawings, programming, start-up & check-out), installation and supervision labor to replace the American Automatrix "Sage" front end computer and all AAM controllers in the building. Connect these new controllers to the existing input devices (duct sensors, status switches, wall sensors, outside air sensor, etc.) where possible and reuse existing enclosures, existing wiring, existing S/S relays and existing circuits where possible. Also, provide and configure a new work station/server, use the WebCTRL software and LGR25 router, Cradle Point cellular modem (for remote access), One Year Warranty and on-site training. C.1.1.2 Any statements made at this conference will not change the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents unless an Addendum has been issued from OMD and advertised on the ORPIN System. BIDDERS OR THEIR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE. BIDS WILL ONLY BE EVALUATED FROM BIDDERS OR THEIR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE WHO REGISTERED AND ATTENDED THE MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE, AND ALL OTHER BIDS WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE. C.1.2 ADDITIONAL SITE ACCESS Additional site access will be provided to allow Bidders access to the site on September 11, 2020 at 10:00 AM (PT). This date is solely for the purpose of allowing Bidders additional time to view the site conditions. The Owner will NOT have a representative at the site to answer questions. THIS VIEWING WILL NOT SUBSTITUTE FOR ATTENDANCE AT A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING. C.1.3 SECURITY REQUIREMENTS FOR FACILITY ACCESS All OMD facilities are governed by REAL ID compliance regulations. Security personnel are prohibited from accepting driver's licenses or ID cards from non-compliant states. Valid Photo identification in compliance with the REAL-ID compliance regulations is required for all individuals wanting access to OMD facilities. Bidders are responsible for providing appropriate valid identification. OMD is not responsible for Bidders who are turned away for not having proper identification.
