The bid closing time is 3:00 PM Revision #1 In accordance with ITB Section C.6.2, ODOT will hold an electronic public "opening" through Microsoft TEAMS immediately following the closing at 2:00 pm. If you would like to attend the opening, you must send an email to the Buyer/Single Point of Contact with a request for instructions. Please include the ITB number and "Request for Instructions" in the subject line of your email. Please submit your request no later than 12:00 noon on the closing day. Only each bidder's name and total bid price will be read at the opening. No award decisions will be made at the opening. Opportunity Summary The purpose of the Invitation To Bid (ITB) is to establish a Price Agreement for a Contractor to manufacture motor vehicle embossed and digitally printed license plates per specifications described in the Exhibit A Specifications section of the Sample Price Agreement located in the Attachments Exist folder. Bidders shall provide pricing and other information on the forms provided in the Invitation to Bid.
