Revision #1: In accordance with ITB Section C.6.2, ODOT will hold an electronic public "opening" immediately following the closing. If you would like to attend the opening, you must send an email to the Buyer/Single Point of Contact with a request for instructions (which will be sent in a calendar invitation). Please include the ITB number and "Request for instructions" in the subject line of your email. Please submit your request by close of business Wednesday, August 19. Only each bidder's name and total bid price will be read at the opening. No award decisions will be made at the opening.
