Revision #1 - Instructions for attending the Electronic Public Opening: If bidder would like to participate in the Webex public bid opening please send an email to the Single Point of Contact, listed in the RFP, with a request for instructions. Please submit your request by Wednesday August 26, 2020, 5:00 PM. Include the ITB number and "Request for Public Opening Instructions" in the subject line of the email. The public opening will occur immediately following Closing. Only the name of each Bidder and total price will be read at the Opening, no other information will be made available at that time. Email confirmation of Bid: If you would like an email confirmation that your bid has been received, send a separate email with the subject line "Bid confirmation request" and include the ITB number. I will reply to that email with the confirmation. Emails containing Bid attachments will remain unopened until the bid closing time and date.
