Opportunity Comments This procurement is being conducted in accordance with ORS 279B.080 for emergency clean up work associated with the Archie Creek Fire in Douglas County, Oregon. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting to be considered for award. Bidders are also required to submit a supplemental work plan as part of their bid submittal. Opportunity Summary The work to be completed under this Contract consists of the following, located on the North Umpqua Highway (OR138E), Mile Point 19.0 to 28.8, in Douglas County, OR: 1. Provide Temporary Work Zone Traffic Control. 2. Remove and dispose of slide materials and downed trees and vegetative materials along the roadway. 3. Cut down stumps within clear zone of roadway. 4. Perform additional and incidental work as called for by the plans and specifications.
