If bidder would like to participate in the Webex public bid opening please send an email to the Buyer, listed in the ITB, with a request for instructions. Please submit your request by August 17, 2020, 5:00 PM. Include the ITB number and "Request for Public Opening Instructions" in the subject line of the email. The public opening will occur immediately following Closing. Only the name of each Bidder and total price will be read at the Opening, no other information will be made available at that time. 2. Opportunity Summary Pedestrian Improvements located between MP 50.3 and MP 50.5 along the Umpqua Highway (OR38) within the City of Drain, Douglas County, OR. The Work includes: 1) Provide and maintain temporary work zone traffic control. 2) Construct drainage facilities. 3) Furnish and place aggregate base and commercial asphalt wearing surfaces. 4) Construct concrete curbs, walks, driveways, and curb ramps. 5) Furnish and install permanent pavement markings. 6) Furnish and install permanent signs and sign supports. 7) Install Agency-furnished Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon System, Pedestrian Push Button Posts, and sign materials. 8) Perform additional and incidental work as noted in the Contract plans and s Specifications and as directed.
