Revision #1 Left out AIA General Conditions see attachments Notice Summary Medford School District Hedrick Middle School Sidewalk Replacement Bids Due 2:00 p.m., May 18, 2021 INVITATION TO BID ITB 20-06-08 Notice is hereby given that bids will be accepted by the Medford School District, at the Facilities Department, located at 815 S. Oakdale Ave., Medford, OR 97501 until 2:00 p.m. May 18, 2021. There will be an optional pre-bid site walk on Monday, May 3, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at the flag pole in front of Hedrick located at 1501 E. Jackson St., Medford, OR 97504. The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a firm fixed price contract with one qualified source to remove and replace sidewalks in front of Hedrick Middle School and create a new SRO parking pad. All work will be done to the City of Medford standards. The Contractor is responsible for permits, inspections, working with the city to replace signage, clean up, backfilling turf areas and repairing any damage to the irrigation system. The work for this project can start after June 14, 2021, and must be completed no later than August 6, 2021.
