Processor, conforming to the specifications of the SA240P-1004 Analog-Digital Convertor (ADC) with
on-board processing and must meet all of the following requirements:

a. Must have minimum of 2 GHz analog bandwidth
b. Must have minimum of 4 GS/s (Giga Samples per second) ADC digitizing rate
c. Must have minimum of 4 GB memory per channel
d. Must have minimum of 14-bit resolution ADC
e. Must have minimum of 4 GB/s transfer rate to CPU or GPU (typical PCIe is 6 GB/s)
f. Must support minimum of 4 channels total while utilizing no more than 2 PCIe ports, i.e., 2 channels
per card while using 2 cards or 4 channels per card while using 1 card
g. Must include on-board pulse processing or data reduction to support real-time streaming of data to
CPU or GPU (typically in the form of an on-board FPGA with peak listing and streaming firmware)
