Henry County Schools is requesting qualifications from qualified and experienced bidders to provide an Adaptive Reading Support through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) program to provide tier 1 reading support for all students in grades K-5. It is our desire to obtain a digital tool that recognizes and supports students learning pre-reading skills to include phonics and fluently reading connected text (sentences, paragraphs, and short stories), provide 1:1 real-time feedback, correction, and coaching, and personalizes the trajectory of student pathway throughout the program based on progress and performance. The program should include progress monitoring capabilities to include administering running records, automated recorded assessment responses on program-specific reading records, ability to upload custom running records for assessment purposes, and the ability to assess oral reading fluency, segmentation, letter recognition, letter sounds, phonemic awareness, decoding, sight word recognition and/or vocabulary and detects signs of dyslexia via embedded program screener.
