This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Mission & Installation Contracting Command – Fort Belvoir, VA (MICC-FB), 9410 Jackson Loop, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, is issuing this Solicitation on behalf of The United States Army Band “Pershing’s Own”, for the acquisition of a 32in-29in-26in-24in-23in-20in Adams Philharmonic Dresden Classic Timpani - American Set-Up w/ Wheels and cases built by Adams Musical Instruments.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 339992 – Musical Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 employees.

The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract.

QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME
All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time on 30 April 2024.

A question and answer (Q&A) will be posted approximately 1 day after all questions are in.
