The requirement will be sole sourced to Ad Walls, LLC in order to provide billboard and advertising space at the following locations:

3. Pearl Highlands  100 Kamehameha Hwy, Honolulu HI 96818 (overhead in front of food court heading towards parking deck)
4. Windward Mall 46-056 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744  (Located in Macy's Wing chandelier) (3' H; 10' diameter)
5. Salt Parking Garage (Seen as you enter/exit parking garage)
6. Walmart Ke’eaummoku 700 Ke’eaumoku St, Honolulu, HI 96814  (Parking Garage overhead, seen as you exit the store)

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 541810 and has a size standard of $16.5 million for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 1600 PM. EST, 17DEC2020 to: [email protected]. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
