SUNY Upstate Medical University ("Upstate") is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide dialysis services as described in the Request for Proposal ("RFP"). Upstate does not directly provide inpatient nor outpatient hemodialysis services on site. This RFP represents an opportunity for contractors to participate in the provision of acute hemodialysis services at Upstate, as outlined in the RFP, and to participate in the provision of chronic pediatric hemodialysis and home pediatric peritoneal ("PD") dialysis services. Upstate is therefore requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the provision of acute hemodialysis services for inpatients, select ambulatory care patients, chronic pediatric hemodialysis and home pediatric peritoneal dialysis patients.
