The Department of Administration (DOA), Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS), acting on behalf of the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) requests Bids for Actuarial Services for Injured Patient and Families Compensation Fund (IPFCF) and Wisconsin Health Care Liability Insurance Plan (WHCLIP). The IPFCF provides excess medical malpractice coverage above primary insurance requirements for defined Wisconsin health care providers and WHCLIP is an insurer of last resort for health care providers as defined in Wis. Stat. 655.001. OCI intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract for such actuarial services, to be provided in accordance with all applicable statutes, rules, regulations, and Board of Governors (Board) directives.
