This eRFI will seek to identify an actuarial services firm to support these primary categories of services for the State Entity: (1) actuarial services for calculation of Incurred But Not Reported (IBNR) Claims for Medicaid and PeachCare for Kids® (ie, Georgia¿s CHIP program), (2) actuarial services for the development and review of capitation rates pertaining to DCH¿s contracted care management organizations (CMOs) and (3) and other actuarial services identified by DCH, which would include ad hoc requests. The firm must be responsive to questions in all primary categories of services; in other words, one firm must be able to successfully perform in all primary categories of services.
