The Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA), Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS) on behalf of the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI), requests Proposals for the purchase of Actuarial Consulting Services for Financial examinations and other monitoring activities related to Life and Accident and Health Insurers, Fraternal Insurers, and Health Insurers and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract for up to three (3) responsive, responsible Proposers.
